Clear Path Psychological Services can also provide you with a superbill, which can be submitted to your insurance company to get reimbursed. Please contact your insurance company for details of your out-of-network deductible and reimbursement claim process.

• Please be mindful that when using insurance companies, there are limits of confidentiality caveat. Insurance companies require their providers to disclose their members’ diagnosis, which compromises confidentiality.
• In situations where you do not meet a full mental health diagnosis, Clear Path Psychological Services will inform you in advance and let you know that your insurance company will most likely deny the claim due to unacceptable diagnosis.
• Couple/marital counseling is NOT covered by any of the insurance companies.
